Application that functions as a "capture tool", certainly not foreign anymore. You can find many options ranging from free to paid. Well, this one is slightly different. "CmdCapture" is an application that works the same, but run through the command line. Ability is not much different. It is also capable of capturing images normal (jpeg) with certain parameters.
